Entry-level position for fresh graduates, focusing on compression molding parts production process. The candidate will receive full systematic process training (including 2-month training in China) and support daily factory molding process work. We prioritize positive learning attitude, diligence and stability; no relevant working experience is required.
Job Description:
- Process Study & Document Management: Learn compression molding parts production process standards and SOPs, assist in sorting and archiving technical documents, and master factory compression molding production workflows.
- On-site Production Support: Follow daily compression molding parts production operations, monitor molding process parameter execution, record on-site conditions and standard working procedures.
- Abnormality Handling Assistance: Learn to identify basic compression molding process and product quality issues, assist engineers in troubleshooting, analysis and improvement closure.
- Process Improvement: Support compression molding production data collection, assist daily process optimization, efficiency promotion and cost reduction work for molding parts.
- Trial Production Support: Participate in new compression molding parts and new process trial runs, assist in data recording and trial report sorting.
- Data & Learning Summary: Complete regular process data statistics, summarize learning progress and on-site issues, and provide timely feedback.
- Team & Cross-department Cooperation: Collaborate with production, quality and equipment teams, support internal process guidance and daily technical management.
Job Requirements
- Education: Final-year or fresh graduate from Vietnamese universities, Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering, Manufacturing or related engineering majors.
- Basic Requirements: Vietnam local male candidate. No working experience required. Must be willing to attend 2-month full-paid training in China before onboarding.
- Ability: Basic engineering knowledge, good data sorting and document skills, quick learner and strong on-site observation.
- Personal Traits: Diligent, proactive, responsible and steady. Strong execution and adaptability to factory working environment.
- Skills: Basic Chinese or English reading & listening skills, proficient in MS Office. No internship experience required.
