Chief Accountant — Owner Office

• Manage all financial reporting for the owner entity at the property level.
• Review and critically assess operator-produced financials, P&L, and management accounts.
• Lead cost control, identify variances, flag risks, and drive efficiency.
• Manage owner-side cash flow, forecasting, and treasury functions.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese accounting standards (VAS) and tax obligations.
• Act as the principal financial liaison between the owner office and the hotel operating team.
• Support the owner in budgeting, audit processes, and capex review.
• Provide timely financial analysis and reporting to ownership.

• 10+ years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality or resort environments.
• Experience working within a hotel operating team (operator-side finance) is required.
• Experience on the hotel owner or investor side is required, candidates with both perspectives are strongly preferred.
• Strong command of cost control, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Solid knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards (VAS) and tax regulations.
• Detail-oriented, independent, and able to maintain professional integrity across owner and operator dynamics.
• Willingness to be based in Cam Ranh.
