Indirect Buyer

• Manage procurement activities for indirect categories, including MRO, facilities, office supplies, logistics, IT equipment, professional services, CAPEX, and other operational requirements.
• Source, evaluate, and develop suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and service levels.
• Conduct RFQ/RFP processes, commercial negotiations, and contract management.
• Analyze spending data and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support budget planning and cost control activities.
• Ensure purchase orders are issued accurately and deliveries are completed on time.
• Resolve supply, quality, and invoicing issues in collaboration with suppliers and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical standards, and contractual obligations.
• Support procurement projects, supplier audits, and process improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or sourcing, preferably in manufacturing environments.
• Experience purchasing indirect materials and services.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and cost analysis.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
