I. Job Responsibilities
- Own marketing backlog across lead generation, card acquisition, activation nudges, usage campaigns, merchant offers and cross sell triggers
- Build customer segments, campaign journeys, offer mechanics, channel plan, content brief and campaign calendar
- Coordinate campaigns across Branch, Digital, CRM, Contact Center, Product, Risk, Compliance, Operations and external agencies
- Design qualified lead campaigns using CASA base, salary customers, lending customers, branch visitors, inactive cards and merchant customers
- Translate customer insights into card value propositions, activation messages, usage offers and cross sell prompts
- Track funnel performance from reach, lead, application, approval, activation, first transaction, repeat usage and conversion
- Monitor campaign results, customer feedback, complaint signals and channel performance to refine targeting and offers
II. Measurement Indicators
- Acquisition impact: qualified leads, application conversion, CASA to card penetration and campaign cost per lead
- Activation impact: activation rate, first transaction rate, contactability rate and inactive card reduction
- Usage impact: active card rate, transaction frequency, spend volume and campaign redemption rate
- Cross sell impact: offer take-up rate, bundled product conversion and incremental revenue
- Delivery quality: campaign launch timeliness, content approval TAT and compliance rework rate
III. Key Qualifications and Experience
1. Education
- Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, Digital Marketing, Finance or a related field
- Preferred: Master's Degree in Marketing or MBA; digital marketing, CRM, campaign analytics, growth marketing or financial services marketing certification preferred
2. Experience
- 4 to 8 years in banking marketing, lifecycle marketing, digital campaigns, retail product marketing or growth marketing
- 2 or more years in retail banking or financial services, working with product, branch, digital, CRM, compliance, operations and agencies
- Experience delivering acquisition, activation, usage, retention and cross-sell campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Proven delivery of qualified lead growth, activation uplift, active usage growth, campaign conversion and customer engagement improvement
3. Skillsets
- Strong understanding of card and payment customer journeys across acquisition, issuance handoff, activation, usage and cross selling
- Deep knowledge of segmentation, targeting, offer design, campaign calendar, content brief, CRM triggers and channel performance tracking
- Working knowledge of CRM, digital channels, branch campaigns, contact center scripts, customer data mart and campaign dashboards
- Ability to diagnose funnel breakpoints using lead, application, approval, activation, usage, conversion, complaint and NPS data
- Solid control mindset across customer consent, fair communication, compliance approval, campaign terms, data privacy and reputational risk
