Logistic Executive

OGISTIC EXECUTIVE - JOB DESCRIPTION 

Title: Logistic Executive 

Department: Logistic 

Direct Supervisor: Assistant Warehouse and Logistics Manager 

Primary Job Responsibilities 

• Prepare and check import and export documents. 

• Work with forwarders to arrange import/export shipments, trucking and customs declarations. 

• Analyze logistics costs and search for competitive logistics solutions. 

• Ensure logistics data in government software systems is accurately controlled. 

• Check HS codes and import policies for imported items. 

• Follow up customer orders. 

• Verify forwarder debit notes and arrange payment schedules; perform other tasks assigned by management. 

Qualification Requirements 

Knowledge Requirement: Customs, Logistics or Supply Chain qualification/certification from university. 

Experience Requirement: Familiar with Microsoft Office and English communication skills (reading, writing, listening and speaking). Minimum 1 year experience coordinating with forwarders for import/export operations. Able to prepare and check invoices, packing lists, bills of lading and other import/export documentation. 

Skill Requirement: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 

Personality Requirement: Good teamwork and communication skills. 

Other Requirement: Experience using ECUS software is preferred.
