Production Manager (PU/Speed Board)

Location: Giang Dien Industrial Park, Giang Dien Commune, Trang Bom District, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam
Industry: Footwear (Components) Manufacturing

1. Responsibilities: 

• Based on the overall production plan, develop and implement detailed production plans to ensure targets are met in terms of productivity, quality, and delivery timelines, covering the entire production process from raw materials to finished products.
• Coordinate with the HR Department to recruit additional manpower when required based on actual production demands.
• Execute and monitor production plans effectively.
• Organize and assign daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to supervisors and production staff.
• Instruct, supervise, and motivate supervisors and workers to ensure all operations are carried out in accordance with manufacturing processes, schedules, and quality requirements.
• Balance production capacity among production lines and proactively propose solutions to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Take full responsibility for production performance, delivery schedules, and product quality, and report results to management.

2. Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or College diploma or above.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar management position.
• At least 5 years of experience in the footwear (leather goods) manufacturing or plastic manufacturing industry.
• Strong production planning, people management, and problem-solving skills.  Age: 30 - 45 years old.
