JUNIOR PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT STAFF
At least 3 years' experience in Production field (Related to Apparel/ Textile/ Garment)

Follow POs and control the whole procedure of Garment production including:

  • Manage sample progress schedule from development to bulk production stage.

  • Quality Control through Factory visiting and checking, garment inspection and negotiate with partners complying Company manuals/ standard.

  • Delivery Control through setting Deadline in system, controlling material schedule, planning production lines and production progress.

  • Understand and analyze factory In-house Data for QCD control.

  • Follow shipments from factories to Sales countries through internal system.

  • Report to direct Supervisors and Managers, Merchandiser and worldwide relevant departments.

  • Regularly carry on meetings with suppliers/ partners for business discussion.

SENIOR PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT STAFF
At least 5 years' experience in Production field (Related to Apparel/ Textile/ Garment)

Main job includes:

  • Follow POs and control the whole procedure of Garment production including: Manage sample progress schedule from development to bulk production stage. Quality Control through Factory visiting and checking, garment inspection and negotiate with partners complying Company manuals/ standard. Delivery Control through setting Deadline in system, controlling material schedule, planning production lines and production progress. Understand and analyze factory In-house Data for QCD control. Follow shipments from factories to Sales countries through internal system.

  • Supervise & coach team members to achieve Company policy & target.

  • Handling group of business partners (over 5 partners generally), regularly visiting & holding the meetings with suppliers/ partners for business discussion.

  • Be responsible for Team or Division Business, reporting to Managers, Director, Merchandiser and worldwide relevant departments.

EDUCATION

  • University/College degree

  • Any major is welcome (graduated from apparel industry an advantage)

EXPERIENCE

  • Experienced in Quality Control, Production Management (Apparel, Textile, Garment are preferable).

LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • Business English is mandatory.

  • Chinese/ Japanese is advantage

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Have experience in production field, garment.

  • Demonstrated (or potentially) strong Leadership

  • Strong problem-solving, logical & innovative

  • Can travel for business by car/airplane to factory in Vietnam or Cambodia or Thailand every week (Mon-Thu or Fri).
