You will be the mastermind behind creating, analyzing, and implementing strategic and tactical marketing plans that not only fit within our budget but also skyrocket our brand awareness and attract the best-fit candidates and clients.
Being a part of our team, you’ll coordinate with our marketing team members across the country and collaborating with all other departments nationwide to ensure our campaigns are not just good, but epic. In short, you’ll make sure our marketing efforts work at their absolute best with creativity and insights.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media
- Proactively initiate, execute, drive, and monitor the performance of digital campaigns and activities on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google) to promote our brands.
- Develop creative concepts and content formats to enhance brand visibility, generate clients and support sourcing purposes (white collar, blue collar and all other types).
- Work with Operations teams across the country to deliver the marketing solutions for their projects.
- Set up and manage paid social media campaigns to ensure the highest ROI within allocated budget.
- Cooperate with regional and global teams on marketing projects.
- Develop and Implement a creative content strategy on different social platforms to maximize engagement and effectiveness.
- Create diverse content formats tailored to each platform and audience segment.
- Customize and repackage existing corporate content to make it more digestible, relatable, audience-friendly.
- Use basic design tools to produce visually appealing content with strong aesthetic sense.
- Produce high-quality and SEO-friendly content that resonates with our audience.
- Analyze performance data to refine content strategies and align with business goals.
- Provide support for company events, including planning, promotion, and execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital efforts with event goals.
- Create and manage event-related content for social platforms.
- Track and report on the performance of event-related digital campaigns.
- Analyze various types of data sources to generate in-depth reports, gain insights and make data-driven decisions and report on a timely basis.
- Perform other tasks (admin and ad-hoc tasks) as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- At least 03 years of proven experience in marketing, especially in social media and content creation.
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills – able to turn ideas into compelling content.
- Good aesthetic judgement and understanding of visual communication
- Good communication skills and highly proficient in spoken and written English.
- Passion for experimenting with new formats, trends, and ideas.
- Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Multi-tasks capability, can-do attitude, learnability and time management skills.
