We are looking for a seasoned and results-driven Senior Manager BD to join our Cooling business development activities in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market & Partnership Development: Build, maintain, and grow strategic relationships and partner networks to generate opportunities for Cooling as a Service (CaaS), including chiller retrofits and cooling system performance optimization.

  • Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline by identifying target customers, qualifying prospects, and converting opportunities in alignment with business objectives.

  • Solution & Proposal Development: Collaborate closely with engineering and technical teams to perform customer energy assessments, review energy usage patterns, and evaluate system performance. Prepare tailored technical and commercial proposals that meet client requirements and sustainability targets.

  • Commercial Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead the full commercial negotiation process, covering contract terms, pricing structures, and risk allocation, to successfully close CaaS projects.

  • Sales Strategy & Forecasting: Support the formulation and execution of sales strategies for energy efficiency and cooling solutions, ensuring alignment with market dynamics. Contribute to sales forecasting and business planning activities.

  • CRM & Reporting: Ensure accurate documentation of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status to support transparency, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 7 years of sales experience in the HVAC/Chiller/Caas sector, with a strong emphasis on energy efficiency or performance-based solutions.

  • Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and energy-saving technologies.

  • Proven experience in conducting energy audits and interpreting energy consumption and performance data.

  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, including return-on-investment (ROI) analysis and cost-benefit evaluation.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full business development lifecycle, from opportunity identification through contract execution and post-sales support, including coordination with technical and operations teams during project delivery and operation.
