Warehouse Manager (Chinese Speaking) – Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager (Chinese Speaking) to lead warehouse operations for a manufacturing business. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, warehouse productivity, team leadership, and smooth coordination with production and supply chain teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch activities.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence and safety standards.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, and effective warehouse processes.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Procurement, Planning, and Logistics teams to support manufacturing requirements.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and cost.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and warehouse best practices.
• Manage warehouse space utilization and material flow to support business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience leading and managing warehouse teams.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehousing processes, and logistics operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and drive operational improvements.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese to communicate effectively with stakeholders and regional counterparts.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
