Position Description
This programme offers a fast-track pathway to becoming an internationally recognized Aircraft Engineer, with certifying authority and professional credentials that build value over the course of your career. Trainees will specialize in either Airframe & Engine (B1.1) or Avionics (B2).
Our structured four-year programme comprises:
- Two years of basic maintenance licence training and MRO-related theoretical and practical training, delivered at our leading training centre in Xiamen, China.
- Two years of structured on-the-job training (OJT) at the maintenance hangar, where you can gain hands-on experience in a live operational environment.
What You'll Gain
- A 48-month structured training in Xiamen, China, including theoretical training, practical training at the workshop and on-job-training on aircraft
- Valuable practical experience in job rotations across major areas including Base Maintenance, Line Maintenance
- Upon gaining sufficient licence, you will become a certifier to release registered aircrafts of Vietnam to service
What You Need
- A recognized Degree in Engineering or other related disciplines, with CAAV A1 license is a plus.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good sense of safety awareness
- A self-motivated good team player
- Fluent in English
