Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Development (50%)
-
Develop and manage monthly/quarterly content calendars; collaborate with creative, media, vendors, and cross-functional teams to obtain timely approvals and address feedback for high-quality content aligned with brand guidelines & business objectives.

Create content concepts, campaign ideas, and engagement initiatives; write and edit social content (captions, video scripts, campaign messaging) across platforms.

Monitor social trends, cultural moments, and audience insights to identify content opportunities and support content direction and creative strategy.
2. KOL/Influencer & Community Booking Management (30%)
-
Support KOL/Influencer and community management end-to-end, including outreach, negotiation, contracts, deliverables, timelines, and performance tracking.

Coordinate content briefing, submissions, revisions, and approvals to ensure quality and compliance.

Identify, escalate, and resolve potential social media risks in a timely.
3. Performance Tracking & Reporting (20%)

Track and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth, and campaign effectiveness); prepare regular reports with actionable insights; and recommend optimization strategies based on data, audience behavior, and platform trends.
- Monitor campaign execution and social conversations to ensure timely delivery, optimize performance and engagement, maintain compliance, and manage budgets effectively.
Qualifications:

Strong expertise in copywriting, storytelling, and social content strategy with deep platform and audience understanding; data-driven with the ability to turn insights into action.

Creative, proactive, well-organized, with strong communication skills; detail-oriented with high focus on compliance and quality control.

Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace; familiar with short-form video (TikTok, Reels).

Hands-on experience managing KOLs/Influencers and community campaigns; experience working with agencies/partners and managing multiple campaigns in fast-paced, compliant environments.
