Site Manager

Job Purpose

Manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction operations on site
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Monitor progress and ensure adherence to schedule
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and regulations
• Manage site safety and enforce HSE standards
• Maintain quality control throughout construction
• Track site costs and resource usage
• Report progress, issues, and risks to the Project Manager

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field
• Experience in construction site management
• Knowledge of construction methods, safety, and quality standards
• Ability to read technical drawings and documents
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
