JOB PURPOSE
The Digital Marketing Executive (Performance) is responsible for driving high-quality lead generation through paid digital channels and continuously improvement of digital experience, with a strong focus on Google Ads and conversion optimization.
The role is ideal for a performance-driven marketer who enjoys running ads, optimizing website, and improving conversion rates based on data. You will play a key role in generating qualified leads to support Manpower business.
You will also supervise and mentor junior members, work closely with the marketing team, and collaborate with other departments to ensure all marketing efforts align with the company’s overall objectives.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Take lead in B2B Lead Generation programs by developing and implementing digital marketing plans aligned with company objectives, industry trends, and target audience.
  • Plan, launch, and directly manage Paid campaigns (strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads) with a clear focus on lead generation and other business goals.
  • Own, monitor, analyze and optimize key performance metrics such as CPL, conversion rate, lead quality, and ROI
  • Identify and test new digital marketing opportunities and stay updated on the latest trends and technologies.
Website & SEO
  • Manage and optimize the company’s websites to improve search rankings, messaging and user experience to increase conversion rate.
  • Identify and resolve website or technical issues that impact performance, tracking accuracy, and traffic
  • Champion the SEO strategy with a clear focus on lead generation and high-intent traffic, not vanity metrics
  • Conduct keyword research to identify SEO opportunities aligned with business goals
  • Ensure SEO and paid search strategies are aligned and mutually reinforcing and stay up to date with SEO best practices, algorithm changes, and technical SEO fundamentals.
  • Coordinate with other departments to drive website traffic growth, sign-ups, and applications.
Email Marketing
  • Create, optimize, and manage email marketing campaigns and performance using third‑party email platforms.
  • Analyze multiple data sources to develop in‑depth reports, extract insights, and optimization recommendations.
Others
  • Collaborate with other business units and regional teams on joint marketing projects.
  • Perform additional assigned tasks, including administrative duties.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing and SEO, with a strong focus on lead generation.
  • Proven experience driving leads through Paid channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and organic search (B2B or service-based businesses preferred).
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Google is mandatory
  • Solid experience with SEO strategy, keyword research, and on-page optimization
  • Strong understanding of lead generation funnels, website CMSs, and landing page optimization.
  • Data-driven mindset and AI adoption skills
  • Proficient in the technical tools, including but not limited to:
  • Google products (Ads, Analytics, Profile, Search Console, Tag Manager, etc.)
  • Social media Advertising (Meta Business, Zalo OA and Cloud)
  • Marketing Tech tools (SEMrush/Adrefs, Hubspot, Mailchimp, Looker Studio, etc.)
  • Website design, management platforms, and interactive content tools (SiteCore, Ceros, Canva, etc.)
  • Data analysis & Microsoft apps (PowerBI, PowerAutomate, Clarity, Office365, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills and high proficiency in both spoken and written English.
  • Ability to multitask, work collaboratively in teams, and demonstrate strong learnability.
